President Mark Oswald has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment of physicians. Prior to founding Medical Search Partners, LLC, Mr. Oswald was the Senior Vice President of two Physician and Executive search firms. During Mark's career in the physician search industry he has played a critical role in the placement of over 500 physicians for more than 100 clients, scattered all over the country.

In addition to Mark's success with placing doctors nationwide, he has also won several prestigous awards including the "Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year Award" which he has received three times. Mark has also received the "Harold S. Geneen Award" given to the employee of the year for the ITT Corporation, an award which encompasses over 130,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Oswald received this award while working for the ITT Corporation as a National Placement Manager.

Mark has also volunteered his time and experience to the Milwaukee Employment and Training Program, the Milwaukee County Summer Youth Program, as well as several hospitals and healthcare facilities. Mr. Oswald has been recognized as a leader in the physician recruiting industry nationwide.

Craig Miller leads the recruitment staff and research efforts. Utilizing his years of experience in the medical recruitment industry and innovative approach, Mr. Miller has conducted over 150 searches compiling a 96% fill rate. Prior to Medical Search Partners, Mr. Miller worked in the Executive and Information Technology recruiting industries, and most recently as a Senior Physician Recruiter for another physician search firm.

Craig utilizes and trains his recruiters to use the philosophy that no assignment is unfillable, and that the "perfect match" may be the next physician you contact. He and his staff use every method possible, including delving deep into internet resources, residency research, associations, and in-practice physicians.
